Swordfish in Vodka Sauce

Fresh swordfish steaks need minimal treatment, only a few minutes on the grill, and a jar of our creamy, tomato-based vodka sauce for serving. Perfect with mashed potatoes or braised greens for an easy, low-carb dinner.

Swordfish in Vodka Sauce
  • Ingredients

    • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
    • 2 - 6 to 8-ounce steaks, each ¾ to 1-inch thick Swordfish
    • Freshly ground Pepper
    • Coarse Salt
    • 1  jar Rao’s Homemade® Vodka Sauce
    • 1 tsp finely chopped oregano
  • Directions

    1. Place Rao’s Homemade® Vodka Sauce in a saucepan and heat on low.
    2. Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat.
    3. Brush grates with oil to create a non-stick surface.
    4. Generously season swordfish with salt and pepper on both sides.
    5. Place onto grill and sear until cooked through, flipping halfway through. Around 3-4 minutes per side.
    6. Transfer to a serving dish and spoon sauce over top.
    7. Garnish with fresh oregano and serve.
